About Today’s Affirmation
The "basic" releasing affirmation is "I release." However, you may want something specific to release. If so, you can say or feel or think "I release anything that gets in the way of mastery." The two dynamics named in today’s affirmation often get in the way of mastery: limitation and ignorance. Another dynamic that gets in the way of mastery is spending too long exploring limitation and ignorance and all the reasons you’re in a puddle you don’t want to be in. Whatever you release today — whether you can name it or not — you can release easily and effortlessly. (You also have the right to choose a path of struggle — but it is important to recognize it is a choice. I advocate ease and effortlessness.)
About Your Process
When you ask or give permission to release something, guess what? You are giving your attention to the thing that you want to release, so if you give your attention too long to releasing something, you draw it back into your energy field. So, notice the release, but notice it briefly, and turn your attention elsewhere. Intending or envisioning that the process be easy and effortless is a wise approach. Ignorance is not fun, not bliss, so why hold onto it? Just let it go and give your energy to what you want! Limitations keep you stuck, so why argue for them? Let them drop from your attention as you shift your focus to something you desire. The permission you give today lays the foundation for this month. And it is to be a beautiful, masterful, joyous month!
