About Today’s Affirmation
All goodness on the earth plane comes from Spirit. You might be taught that goodness comes from another person or persons, but this is a limiting belief. It is up to you as an individual to open to Spirit for this goodness. You must create a space for it in consciousness. If the goodness has no fertile place to move into the physical, it remains in Spirit. It’s this goodness to which you surrender. Old patterns of fear or confusion or custom may encourage you to push away the very idea/thing you truly desire for the highest good. Let today’s affirmation assist you in opening your energy field and in allowing your consciousness to be fertile soil to plant the seeds of goodness.
About Your Process
You may want to play with the idea of openness in your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual layers/aspects. You might find that creating an image in your mind’s eye assists you. For example, you may see yourself standing, facing East in the morning, opening your arms to the sun and to the day. Feel what it is like to receive goodness and warmth. There are many processes and techniques available to you which are easily adapted to allow a greater awareness of goodness and surrender and energy. Be careful not to give your power away to any process or technique; the power is within you — let the process or technique assist you in finding your power within.
