About Today’s Affirmation
Since I have the ability to see markings in the energy field that give me clues about individuals’ lives, I often use this concept of "negative bonds of attachment." Energy is contained in these bonds. The truth is that you are awe-fully powerful, so when you think of being held back by something…. wow, that thing must have a lot of energy! The energy that’s contained in despair, depression, and desperation can be made available for something more uplifting than holding you back or making you unhappy. You can, for example, use this energy for laughter or blowing up balloons or creating a new art form. Let the three d’s become delight, divine, and delicious.
About Your Process
Perhaps you do not relate to "despair, depression, and desperation." If not, I offer two choices: (1) change the words or (2) make your energy available to cut negative bonds of attachment for others in the world who desire to change their relationship with despair, depression, and desperation. Consider acting out or envisioning today’s affirmation. For example, you might imagine that the bonds are made of wire or string or a metal pipe. Each of these "bonds" requires different cutting instruments, which you can imagine angels bring to the job. Then watch or imagine the energy being released to be available for other activities, such as giggling and dancing and relating honestly to others.
