March 14, Positive Affirmation for Balance

"I am ready right now to live in balance and harmony."

Greetings! Our theme is Balance at DailyAffirm, http://www.DailyAffirm.com. This second week of the month we work with receiving and accepting balance. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation and suggestions for your process. See top tabs and navigation bar links for more information and resources.

About Today’s Affirmation
Are you ready? Are you sure? Readiness is such a nifty idea because you get to make a choice before you commit the act. Readiness is not about the future, it is about the present. So, if you are ready right now, that is all that matters. You can fill yourself with the energy of readiness. Breathe it. Expand your energy field with its vibration. If anything opposes the readiness, let the opposition come forward so you can speak to it. You can even be ready for non-readiness! You are in charge. Experience the readiness, right now.

About Your Process
In the first week of the month, you worked with affirmations that emptied you of non-balance. This week, you have been opening to ideas and experiences of balance. Tomorrow the DailyAffirm process assists you to move into a deeper relationship with balance so that in the fourth week you can step into balance in a way that you may not even understand now. In the days following the fourth week, you will reflect on integration of balance. Of course, you do not need to wait until the end of the month to live in balance and harmony, so if you feel it is unnecessary to affirm your readiness, simply re-write the affirmation so that it reads. "I live in balance and harmony right now."
