March 10, Positive Affirmation for Balance
"I allow balance to flow through me and to act as me."
Greetings! Our theme is Balance at DailyAffirm, http://www.DailyAffirm.com. This second week of the month we work with receiving and accepting balance. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation and suggestions for your process. See top tabs and navigation bar links for more information and resources.
About Today’s Affirmation
Today’s affirmation challenges you to become balance, to be balance. As balance flows through you, you become familiar with its vibration. In order for something to "act as" you, you must become it. You must be what you desire. Balance is not something outside yourself, but inside. Other people’s perceptions of your sense of balance may be interesting information (worthy of an appropriate amount of your attention as a piece of data), yet your own perceptions about balance are the ones that are essential for your health and satisfaction.
About Your Process
To enhance your process as you say or work with today’s affirmation, consider these questions. As you feel balance flow through you, what does it feel like? As you see balance flow through you, what does it look like? As you sense balance flow through you, what do you sense? As you listen to the sounds of balance, what do you hear? As you resonate with balance, what do you become? These questions expand your consciousness about balance so that you can more easily become at one with it.
