"I remember to love. I remember love. I Am Love."
Greetings! Our theme is Love at DailyAffirm, http://www.DailyAffirm.com. This third week of the month we work with our being and intention for love. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation and suggestions for your process. See top tabs and navigation bar links for more information and resources.
About Today’s Affirmation
An affirmation is a means of remembering — reminding you of something you believe or something you desire to believe. All this month, you can use the daily affirmations to remember to love, to remember what love is. If you experience generalized fear, you can use this experience to remember that fear is the absence of love: remember to love. If you feel you have lost your way, you can use that moment to remember that love shines its light to help you find your path: remember to love yourself. Let every experience help you to remember that you are love.
About Your Process
What are some of the ways that you assist yourself in remembering the little details of life? Perhaps a string around your finger? Or your watch worn in an unusual way? Or an acronym? Or some other trick or technique? Today, identify some simple strategy to remember something more important than an historical date or academic fact: Remember to love. Remember love. Remember who you are. For every question you ask yourself or others today, remember the answer is "love."
