About Today’s Affirmation
High intention has a specific, discernible vibration. It is energy, just like everything is energy. Today, resonate with high intention so that you can become so familiar with its vibration that you cannot be fooled. Today (and all month!) resonate with the energy of unconditional love so that you can become so familiar with its vibration that you cannot be fooled. High intention and love are companions — companions to each other, and companions to you, if you choose.
About Your Process
For me, these two statements create the affirmation. However, you may find that you resonate with one statement more than the other. The rhythm of your breathing may suggest that you breathe in one statement and breathe out the other. Experience what it really means for high intention and love to work in partnership together, with you. Consider what high intention feels like, what it sounds like, what it looks like. If high intention were a person who could speak to you, what would she or he say? Would this person (H.I.) speak to you in your right ear or your left ear? Would you sit and listen quietly to H.I. or would you take an active part to create a dialogue? What would you most want to tell H.I.?
