About Today’s Affirmation
When you have done a lot of personal growth work, you may come to the belief that there can not possibly be more to release. This is the moment to trust Spirit to know what you need. You may or may not know through your human awareness what remains to be released. Your higher self — your higher consciousness — does know. Surrender to that part of yourself that knows without doubt, that knows only in love. Allow youself to be purified by the light of wisdom and illumination. Release resistance to love.
About Your Process
Please select one of the designations for higher consciousness, or develop your own. If you want to be sure all your bases are covered, use all the names! Please do not be distracted by the naming of the divine not fight about it, instead, align with the divine. You may believe that you have released all non-loving thoughts and feelings, and you may be correct or not. Today’s affirmation is a surrender to Spirit to purify anything you may have missed. Release resistance. Trust Spirit to know what you need.
