"I accept hope, peace, joy, and love in all aspects of my life."
… Greetings! Our theme is Hope at DailyAffirm, http://www.DailyAffirm.com. This second week of the month we work with receiving and accepting hope. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation and suggestions for your process. See top tabs and navigation bar links for more information and resources.
About Today’s Affirmation
This idea of acceptance is not wimpy nor compromising. As in so many important concepts, you have simply forgotten. So, remember (and re-member) hope and peace and joy and love into your life. While you are embodying the buoyancy and power of these dynamics, you can support others in accepting these into their lives just by living your life joyously and lovingly. We are all One. "We are all One" means that we are all part of the same whole; it does not mean that we are individually exactly the same nor at the same place.
About Your Process
As with any ideas, you will have your own nique feelings associated with these DailyAffirm affirmations. It is important to touch your feelings. I know that many of you are already doing this — I feel it intuitively and I read your messages to me. So, today, touch and feel the feelings of hope, of peace, of joy, of love. You might feel these as emotions or as sensations in your physical body. What does it feel like to accept hope into a particular aspect of your life? How do you feel when you open to peace in a relationship that has had a history of non-peace? What are your feelings as you work with today’s affirmation?
