November 15, Positive Affirmation for Surrender
"I know that surrender leads to the highest good for all."
… Greetings! Our theme is Surrender at DailyAffirm, http://www.DailyAffirm.com. This third week of the month we work with being and intention for surrender. Following today’s affirmation are comments about the affirmation and suggestions for your process. See top tabs and navigation bar links for more information.
About Today’s Affirmation
I consider "the highest good for all" to be a generic, all-purpose high intention. Inherent in this intention/affirmation is surrender — because you, in your human awareness, might not know precisely what is the highest good. You can affirm the concept of spiritual knowingness while trusting the Universe to handle the details. So often, I notice that individuals think they know what is "right" — a belief usually based on cultural norms and family traditions and the duality of right and wrong. While you are in the process of lifting your consciousness, you can evolve more steadily by letting go of assumptions that you know how events "should" turn out. Instead, trust. In particular, trust your own feelings and intuition. Hold a vision of spiritual perfection. Surrender to the highest good. The higher your consciousness lifts, the more clearly you can see many facets of the highest good and hold opposing views simultaneously with appreciation.
About Your Process
The processes suggested on DailyAffirm can lead you on paths you may not have considered taking. The process of spiritual transformation cannot be stopped, though you may explore many roads and trails and look-out points and resting places. You’ve already made the decision to be on the path that embraces the ideas of the highest good for all, or you wouldn’t have found DailyAffirm. This transformational process constantly encourages you to look at how you believe and think and feel about ideas and situations in your own life, rather than telling you what you should believe. Trust and surrender to your own process.
Make this a good day!
